What painting a Koondoola home usually involves
Koondoola was built out in the 1970s, the same decade as the suburbs around it. The primary school opened in 1975 and Koondoola Plaza in 1978, and most of the housing went up in that stretch. Fifty years on, almost every house here is on its third or fourth coat of paint.
